These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website, mobile application(s), and services offered by ETOE Services ("ETOE", "we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please discontinue use. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and ETOE Services.


1. Definitions and Interpretation

In these Terms, unless the context otherwise requires, the following expressions shall have the following meanings:

  • "Services": On-site facility management and allied services including but not limited to cleaning, pest control, sanitization, housekeeping manpower, operations & maintenance (O&M), and related offerings provided at your premises.
  • "Booking": A confirmed request for any Service via our website, mobile application, or through phone/WhatsApp communication channels.
  • "Customer" or "you": Any individual, company, or entity using or purchasing our Services, including their authorized representatives.
  • "Service Provider": ETOE Services, its employees, contractors, and authorized service personnel.
  • "Premises": The location where Services are to be performed, including residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
  • "Service Date": The scheduled date and time for Service delivery as agreed upon during booking.
2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website, using our mobile application, or engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using our services on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes.

3. Service Description and Scope

ETOE Services provides comprehensive facility management solutions tailored to meet the diverse needs of residential and commercial properties. Our service portfolio encompasses:

  • Cleaning Services: Deep cleaning, regular maintenance, specialized cleaning for kitchens, bathrooms, living areas, and commercial spaces
  • Pest Control: Preventive and curative treatments for various pests including termites, rodents, insects, and other vermin
  • Sanitization: Disinfection and sanitization services using approved chemicals and methods
  • Housekeeping: Regular and on-demand housekeeping services with trained personnel
  • Operations & Maintenance: Preventive maintenance, repairs, and operational support for various systems

The specific scope of services will be detailed in your service agreement or booking confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse service requests that fall outside our capabilities or pose safety risks.

4. Booking and Service Confirmation

Service bookings can be made through multiple channels including our website, mobile application, phone calls, or WhatsApp. All bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by our team.

Upon receiving your service request, we will:

  • Review the service requirements and assess feasibility
  • Provide a detailed quote including service scope, pricing, and terms
  • Schedule the service at a mutually convenient time
  • Send confirmation details via email, SMS, or WhatsApp

A booking is considered confirmed only after you receive our written confirmation and any required advance payment is processed. Verbal agreements or preliminary discussions do not constitute a binding service contract.

5. Pricing and Payment Terms

Service pricing is determined based on various factors including service type, scope, location, urgency, and resource requirements. All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) and are subject to applicable taxes.

Our pricing structure includes:

  • Base Service Charges: Standard rates for routine services
  • Additional Charges: Costs for extra materials, extended service time, or special requirements
  • Travel Charges: Applicable for services outside our standard service areas
  • Emergency Charges: Premium rates for urgent or after-hours services

Payment terms vary by service type. Some services require advance payment, while others may be billed upon completion. We accept various payment methods including cash, digital payments, bank transfers, and online payment gateways.

6. Service Delivery and Quality Standards

We are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet or exceed industry standards. Our service delivery process includes:

  • Pre-Service Assessment: Thorough evaluation of service requirements and site conditions
  • Qualified Personnel: Trained and experienced service providers with appropriate certifications
  • Quality Materials: Use of approved, safe, and effective materials and equipment
  • Supervision: Oversight by qualified supervisors to ensure service quality
  • Post-Service Inspection: Verification that services meet agreed standards

We maintain strict quality control measures and follow industry best practices. However, service outcomes may vary based on site conditions, existing infrastructure, and other external factors beyond our control.

7. Customer Responsibilities and Cooperation

To ensure optimal service delivery, customers are expected to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about service requirements
  • Ensure safe and accessible entry to service areas
  • Remove or secure valuable items from service areas
  • Provide necessary utilities (water, electricity) as required for services
  • Designate a responsible person to coordinate with service personnel
  • Follow any pre-service preparation instructions provided

Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may result in service delays, additional charges, or service cancellation. We reserve the right to refuse service if site conditions pose safety risks to our personnel.

8. Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that circumstances may require service cancellation or rescheduling. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair to both parties while ensuring efficient resource allocation.

Cancellation Charges:

  • Free cancellation up to 24 hours before scheduled service
  • 50% of service charges for cancellations between 24-12 hours before service
  • 100% of service charges for cancellations within 12 hours of service
  • No refund for no-shows or last-minute cancellations

Rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours in advance and are subject to availability. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate rescheduling requests without additional charges.

9. Warranty and Guarantee

We stand behind the quality of our services and provide appropriate warranties based on service type:

  • Cleaning Services: 7-day satisfaction guarantee with free rework if standards are not met
  • Pest Control: 3-month warranty for residential services, 6-month warranty for commercial services
  • Sanitization: 24-hour effectiveness guarantee for disinfection services
  • Maintenance Services: 30-day warranty on repairs and installations

Warranty claims must be reported within the specified timeframes and are subject to verification. Warranty services are provided free of charge and do not extend the original warranty period.

10. Liability and Indemnification

ETOE Services maintains comprehensive insurance coverage and takes all reasonable precautions to prevent damage or injury during service delivery. However, our liability is limited as follows:

  • Maximum liability limited to the amount paid for the specific service
  • No liability for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • No liability for damages caused by pre-existing conditions or customer negligence
  • No liability for delays or service failures due to force majeure events

Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless ETOE Services from any claims arising from their failure to fulfill responsibilities or provide accurate information.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We are committed to protecting your privacy and personal information. Our data collection, use, and protection practices are detailed in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

By using our services, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. We implement appropriate security measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

12. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on our website, mobile applications, and marketing materials, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of ETOE Services or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission. Unauthorized use may result in legal action and termination of service access.

13. Prohibited Activities

When using our services, you agree not to:

  • Provide false or misleading information
  • Interfere with service delivery or harass service personnel
  • Use our services for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations

Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate service termination and legal action as appropriate.

14. Force Majeure

ETOE Services shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or acts of God
  • Government actions, regulations, or restrictions
  • Labor disputes, strikes, or work stoppages
  • Equipment failures or technical difficulties
  • Public health emergencies or pandemics

In such events, we will make reasonable efforts to reschedule services or provide alternative solutions. Force majeure events do not relieve customers of payment obligations for completed services.

15. Dispute Resolution

We believe in resolving disputes amicably through open communication and mutual understanding. Our dispute resolution process includes:

  • Direct Communication: Initial attempt to resolve issues through direct discussion
  • Management Escalation: Escalation to senior management for complex issues
  • Mediation: Third-party mediation for unresolved disputes
  • Legal Action: Legal proceedings only as a last resort

Customers are encouraged to report issues promptly to allow timely resolution. We maintain detailed records of all service interactions to facilitate dispute resolution.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any legal proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.

In the event that any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The unenforceable provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable.

17. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not be affected or impaired.

The failure of ETOE Services to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. No waiver shall be effective unless made in writing and signed by an authorized representative.

18. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Cancellation Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ETOE Services regarding the use of our services.

Any prior agreements, representations, or understandings, whether oral or written, are superseded by these Terms. These Terms may only be modified by written agreement signed by both parties.
